Return and Refund Policy

 Thank you for inquiring about Fern Valley Oasis Return and Refund policy.  We strive to always put the customer first.  Please be aware that we understand there are extenuating circumstances that may prevent 100% satisfaction and we will do what we can to keep you happy.  Our valued customers are what keep us doing what we love and you being happy is what keeps you coming back.  Any request for a return or refund must be communicated, in writing, within the same day as purchase via email below.

Written request must include: 

• Purchased item description(Kyak rental, PDF, T-Shirt, etc.)
• Purchase date, which must be in the same day as purchase.
• Purchase amount.
• If clothing item please give the state of return (e.g. unworn).
• Reason for return (please be descriptive so we may correct the problem going forward).  Thank you!  Your opinion matters to us. We appreciate this feedback.
• Process of refund:  If a return/refund is granted on any product or service, the payment method used is the only method to be refunded.
